Workshops

I offer a variety of different workshops ranging from old school sensual movement flow, floorwork and pole dance tricks.

You'll learn how to combine sequences into a choreography in all the workshops.

 

All workshops requiring pole are done in spin pole mode only as this will be a part of the teaching content.

I also offer a workshop to learn how to efficiently stretch your legs to reach your flexibility goal and those beautiful long dancer lines.

I am located in Finland but I am able to travel internationally as well.

Each workshop is 75 min and it includes a warm-up and a cool down.

Slinky Flow

In this workshop you will learn how to move like you’re underwater. We'll focus a lot on fluidity, flow, slowing down, lines and extensions around the pole. We will learn low flow combos, choreography and freestyle. The class focuses more on moves around the pole but there may be a few floorwork transitions as well.

 

High heels and knee pads are recommended. Open to all levels.

All sequences will be taught using spin pole only.

Slinky Floor

In this workshop you will learn how to slink n' slither around the floor. We'll focus on floorwork moves and transitions and how to make them as smooth as possible. We will combine floorwork combos, choreography and freestyle.

 

High heels and knee pads are recommended. Open to all levels.

Flexy Pole

This workshop will focus on flexy pole tricks. You will learn how to flow in and out of pole combos and make movement as fluid and refined as possible. This class will focus on a combination of pole tricks and low flow movement. We will combine pole combos, choreography sequences and freestyle.

High heels are recommended. You should be able to invert but you don’t have to be able to do a split to learn these tricks. Variations will always be given. All sequences will be taught using spin pole only.

Flexy Legs

In this workshop you will learn how to get those beautiful dancer lines you've always dreamed of! This workshop focuses on both active and passive stretches for front and middle splits.

 

All levels of flexibility will be able to benefit from this workshop as difficulty can be adjusted according to your needs!
